At RC & Co, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of the delivery date provided they are unworn and in original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
